We went for our first ultrasound today and got to see our little one!  He/she is about 2 inches long and has a good regular heartbeat.  Seeing our little one bounce a little bit and the heart beating away has really started to make this pregnancy feel real... we're gonna be parents in just a few months... amazing!

And here is our little one's debut... just a bean so far...

We're pregnant! A lot of people don't know our news yet but I wanted to start writing now...

Today we went to our first official appointment... not too exciting, just a meeting with the nurse to go over family history and some do's and don't's of pregnancy. BUT we have our first ultrasound scheduled for this Monday! I can't wait to see this little one! For about 4 weeks or so, I have been very nauseous and hungry all the time! It has finally started to subside recently, but been replace by a head cold and constant headaches. Jarrod and I are very excited and surprised that we got pregnant so quickly! It should be an interesting year... we hope to be welcoming Baby McSherry around the end of January 2012 so stay tuned!
